It is also great on oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, and ice cream! Ingredients:1 ½ cups diced strawberries1 tsp lemon zest1 Tbsp lemon juice⅓ cup water1 ½ Tbsp agave1 Tbsp arrowroot powderSteps:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat, constantly stirring.
- Keep cooking until strawberries break down and everything comes together (doesn’t take long).
- Enjoy and store leftovers in a jar in the fridge.
