What is your shipping policy?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States and Shipping cost is calculated when you order. All orders are packaged and sent within 1-4 days.

is not your mama’s flour gluten free?

Duh! all of the ingredients in Not your mama’s flour are naturally free of gluten. To prevent cross-contamination, not your mama’s flour is mixed and packaged by yours truly in a dedicated gluten free facility.

How do I order wholesale?

Are there other allergens in not your mama’s flour?

Not your mama’s flour contains almond flour, therefore nuts are present in this blend. Please refer to the detailed ingredient list on the product page to determine other ingredients you may be allergic to.

I see xanthan gum in the ingredient list. what the heck is that?

xanthan gum is an important ingredient in a lot of gluten free baking! it mimics the properties of gluten by helping to bind together the ingredients and create a nice texture. Xanthan gum is only a very small part of my blend, because a little goes a long way! I like this explanation.

Do I use not your mama’s flour just like I would use typical wheat flour?

Yes! not your mama’s flour was designed to be a 1 for 1 replacement for all-purpose flour in all of your favorite baking recipes - cookies, cakes, waffles, quick breads (heyyyy spotty bananas come at me).

What is your return policy?

Currently the secret gf does not offer returns, but I hope that you wouldn’t need to return anyway! If you’re having some technical baking issues, reach out to me and I’ll help you figure it out! :)
