Blueberry Jasmine Tea Cocktail (gf + vegan)


It’s LDW and I’m soaking up the last bits of summer with this super refreshing cocktail! Crazy simple ingredients make this a healthier option when you want to indulge. The blueberry jasmine iced tea from Saratoga Tea & Honey Company has both fruity and floral notes that are complimented by the lemon and a lightly sweet touch of agave.

Agave is my favorite sweetener to use in drinks and cocktails because it mixes in smoothly, has a great flavor and is said to cause less of a blood sugar spike than other sweeteners. The combo of these ingredients is so smooth and light that you’ll be hooked on tea cocktails for good.

1 cup blueberry jasmine iced tea (2 tsp of tea brewed in 1 cup water)

1 lemon

1 tbsp agave

3 shots Tito’s vodka



  1. First, cold brew the tea the night before. To do this, simply mix 2 tsp tea with 1 cup of water and set in the fridge until ready to use. When pouring, pour through a strainer to catch the leaves.

  2. When ready to make the cocktails, add the tea, juice from half the lemon, agave, and vodka to a cocktail shaker with some ice.

  3. Shake it all up, pour into 3 cocktail glasses and garnish with lemon peel.
